Ferras Working On A Whole New Batch Of Songs

Ferras updated fans on his blog at MySpace (@ferrasmusic) on Sunday (September 28), talking about the origin behind his song ‘Marshmallow Spaceship’ and what’s been keeping him away lately. The Los Angeles based pop singer writes:

If you wanna know why I’ve been sorta mia -

I’ve been writing writing writing… Holed up in my house - between appearance here and show there.

I’m working on a whole new batch of songs. Doing a lot of self-discovery and analyzing my life, the world I live in, the people I love (and who either love or don’t love me back), the experiences I’ve had thus far - hope, disillusionment, longing, pain. These are prevalent themes.

Who knows where I’ll be emotionally when it’s time to present another record -

but right now, I’m just existing and writing. And writing and existing.
